Youth Service America: Disney Be Inspired Summer of Service Grants
Youth Service America and Disney are teaming up this summer to inspire kids and families to make a positive impact in their communities through the Disney Be Inspired Summer of Service campaign. Children and teens, ages 5 to18, can apply for a $500 Disney Be Inspired Summer of Service Grant to create a project or expand an existing project using fun summer activities like sports, arts, reading, or being outdoors to make their communities healthier, greener, and stronger. This fall 250 youth-led service projects will be selected and $500 grants will be awarded to each winner's sponsoring organization to support their projects. The registration deadline is September 15, 2017; applications will be accepted through September 30, 2017. Visit the YSA website to learn more about the program.
