Workshop: The Lodge at Santa Fe, New Mexico, United States

This is an intensive five-day GLOBE Partnership Train-the-Trainer with a focus on implementing GLOBE within highly diverse communities or within schools and informal learning programs that serve traditionally under-served and underrepresented populations in the STEM disciplines, including women, minorities, and persons with disabilities. The workshop is funded by an NSF grant with travel, accommodation and meals covered for 20 participants. If you need help identifying child care resources, please contact the hotel directly. New GLOBE partners (those who have joined in the last 3 years and have not received a full five-day training) can register two participants. Other GLOBE partners can register one participant. This Bootcamp is for Partners in the 3 Western GLOBE U.S. regions (Northwest, Southwest and Pacific). There will be time during the workshop for networking and discussing possible collaborations. An NSF program officer will attend virtually to present about the funding opportunities and answer any questions participants may have.
