Pedosphere eTraining Modules Update
The GLOBE Implementation Office (GIO) is excited to share the updated web-based Pedosphere eTraining modules. GIO is working on a full restructuring of the eTraining modules with new web-based Atmosphere, Biosphere, and Hydrosphere eTrainings set to be released by April 2024. This restructuring project was directly inspired by the GLOBE community. GIO took into account the countless amounts of written feedback (via the protocol eTraining feedback form) on the powerpoint eTraining modules, and verbal feedback during the Protocol eTraining session at the 2023 GLOBE Annual Meeting. These web-based modules provide more interactivity and information about each Pedosphere protocol. Additionally, GIO has also updated all associated assessments to align with the web-based modules that include more application-based questions, rather than straight recall.
