vision

Vision

We envision GLOBE as a learning community, where our work grows as we understand the successes of our work and is refined based on information collected from the community. Collaboration and data-driven decision-making within The GLOBE Program is essential to ensure that educational resources and processes are readily accessible to and reflect the needs of the growing global community.

Mission

The Evaluation Working Group is poised to interact with the GIO and other Working Groups to flourish, support, and strengthen GLOBE, ensuring that Earth Systems Science education processes and products are regularly updated and reflect the needs of the growing global community.

Priorities

  • Understand the landscape of evaluation across regions and how it informs RCO goals/ plans

  • Build evaluation capacity across the GLOBE community– recommend evaluation framework, policies, and guidance to ensure consistent practices for evaluation
