New Hampshire Students Help Create the Earth Around Us Water Tent
On June 6, a cheer went up through the crowd that gathered to witness the unveiling of the Water Tent, part of the Earth Around Us tent program produced by the New Hampshire GLOBE Program based at the Leitzel Center at the University of New Hampshire. The crowd comprised nearly 75 Kindergarten through grade 5 students and their teachers at the Maple Street Magnet School in Rochester, N.H.

“Satellites and Remote Sensing” NARM Summary
The North American Regional Meeting (NARM) held in Palmyra, New Jersey, on 5 and 6 March, 2024, brought together stakeholders from various sectors whose focus or work is directly related to satellites and/or remote sensing. Together they learned and discussed opportunities to enhance the GLOBE Program. Participants included educators, scientists, policy makers, and students from around the Northeast.

Recapping the Pacific In-Person North American Regional Meeting
Seven GLOBE Partners and seven others attended the Pacific in-person North American Regional Meeting, hosted by California Strong, in February. This two-day event was focused on providing Trainer candidates with opportunities to demonstrate GLOBE atmosphere and hydrosphere protocols.
