I believe a black car surface temperature will be warmer than a white cars surface temperature.

During which months did you take these measurements? How do you think the values would change if you took the observations during different months?
The months I took the measurements were in the fall season just be for winter. My data would of changed in the summer because there would be more sun rays reflecting of the hood of the car witch would cause the temperature to rise.
Jacob - Nice work on your project! I have a few questions for you.

First, how did you come up with your hypothesis? And, were you able to test the same cars each day? Or were they just the same color? Finally, is this research going to impact what color car you buy when you start driving?
Your project used the scientific method in a straight forward and effective manner. I hope you will apply it in the future to other appropriate problems. Could you organize your data in a table?
