The aim of this competition was to spread the importance of protecting the environment and raising awareness of the causes of environmental pollution. Participants had a good idea of the contribution that is provided by the Globe program, students were give some online workshops that explain the methods of collecting environmental data in a fun scientific way. More then 70 students participated in this competition during the summer break. The winners were rewarded with medals and participation certificates.  >>

Globe program in The kingdom of Bahrain seek to develop the potential abilities of the students who attend the program activities and competitions  In education we offer students to attend STEM program that focuses on solving problems in an creative way  Science is emphasized by engaging students in learning about their environment and identify some risks our Earth suffer from, we also use globe protocols to teach the students all about their Earth and encourage them the do some environmental research During the summer break more the 25 students have participated in the science competition which was based on Globe protocols. The competition aimed to encourage students to use technology in collect data and Lean how to analysis it and then share the results with their colleagues.  >>

Based on the Ministry of Education in providing interesting and suitable learning environment for students , the travelers program provided an opportunity for students to learn about their natural environment , and learning outside the school walls by applying GLOBE Program protocols and the use of modern equipment available in the GLOBE Center to study the characteristics Physical , chemical and biological to these islands. The Kingdom of Bahrain is composed of a number of islands and some of them far from the mother island, as many people did not know about it and its advantages and characteristics. The Science centre aims to facilitate the delivery of information to students through the practical application of what they learn in school , leading to improve the level of process learning and scientific research among students .  >>

The Science and Environment Centre at the Ministry of Education organized the annual Green Walk year for the scholastic year 2014 - 2015 " team-building "  >>
