All training materials are provided at no cost to participants;

Please, serve yourself tea/coffee with natural honey, no sugar, no milk;

You are provided a 500cl plastic bottle of pure mineral water for drinking;

Lunch shall be served with a 500cl plastic bottle of mineral water, a 300cl plastic bottle of soft drinks, pineapple fruit, banana fruit and watermelon fruit

Dinner is served as a buffet in your hotel

Please, eat your breakfast in your hotel before coming to the workshop site

We all leave the hotel at once, the driver keeps to time, avoid lapses pushing others to arrive late
