Annual Meetings

The Virtual Science Symposium (VSS) is an opportunity for GLOBE participants of all ages to showcase their research to the rest of the community. Projects are reviewed by STEM professionals. Participants are eligible for GLOBE badges.

The GLOBE Program is not planning a 2027 Virtual Science Symposium at this time. Sign up for the GLOBE News Brief to stay informed of any future events. Find tips on hosting your own local student research symposium.

The 2026 Virtual Science Symposium project submission deadline was 30 January 2026. Participants  received feedback on their projects in March 2026.
