GLOBE is an interagency program with a management infrastructure funded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the National Science Foundation (NSF), and supported by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Department of State. Governments around the world fund GLOBE implementation in their own countries.
