This research aimed to examine the quality of tap water sourced from Ban Krasang Reservoir, Ban Kratel Reservoir, and Ban Huai San Phatthana Reservoir. Water samples were collected from all three sites and analyzed for water quality parameters, including pH, water temperature, nitrate concentration, and dissolved oxygen (DO).
The results showed that the pH values at all three reservoirs were the same, at 6.2, which is classified as slightly acidic. Water temperatures ranged from 29.2 to 29.7 °C. No nitrate was detected in any of the samples. The dissolved oxygen levels at Ban Krasang Reservoir and Ban Kratel Reservoir were higher than at Ban Huai San Phatthana Reservoir, with values of 6.5 mg/L and 4.5 mg/L, respectively.
When compared with standard criteria, the water quality at Ban Krasang Reservoir and Ban Kratel Reservoir was considered relatively good; however, the pH values at all sites were slightly below the recommended standard for use.
