Kevin Czajkowski 11 Years Ago As Jessica suggests El Nino can make a great study question for GLOBE data. We know that El Nino and La Nina affect different parts of the world in different ways. I have had students in the past look at a place in the world and see if the GLOBE observations support what is expected during an El Nino/La Nina. For instance, on an El Nino year, parts of California get much more rain than average. Once the students complete their project, they report to the rest of the class.
