Questions About GLOBE’s 2023 International Virtual Science Symposium? Join Informational Webinar on 12 October
The GLOBE Implementation Office will be hosting an informational webinar about the 2023 IVSS on Wednesday, 12 October, at 10:00 a.m. MDT (12:00 p.m. EDT/04:00 p.m. UTC). During the webinar, participants will learn “what” a report involves and “how” to submit a report, and about this year’s theme. GLOBE Student Vloggers Receive New Assignment: Trees in a Changing Climate Interview
The new cohort of vloggers met this past month to receive their next assignment: Trees in a Changing Climate Interview Videos! Similar to the interview project from this last winter for the NASA GLOBE Clouds Challenge, the GSVs are being tasked to interview friends, parents, elders, and community members about trees and climate. They will be asked to consider change over time for trees in their local environment.  >>

GLOBE Educators: NASA wants your team of student content producers to produce a video for the NASA eClips™ website. The video challenge engages students in doing activities that can help change their misconceptions about a topic in science. Each tab on the challenge website provides the information and resources needed to produce a NASA Spotlite video.  >>

2022 North American Regional Meeting (NARM) Will Take Place on 02-04 (Virtual) and 07-08 (In Person) November
The GLOBE North American Regional Meeting (NARM) is held every year to bring together members of the U.S. GLOBE community to learn and share ideas. Due to the continuing constraints of COVID-19, as well as ensuring the event is accessible to all GLOBE partners regardless of funding, the NARM will be presented in a different format this year. The meeting will be divided into two sections, one virtual and one in-person, over several days in November. A final culminating virtual event will be held to bring everyone together to share reflections on the NARM.  >>
