This area of the site is not intended to replace a call to your normal Help Desk representative; it is to give you a place to leave a comment and to see comments from others (to get a sense of what areas of trouble others are having or features that other users are requesting).

The GLOBE Community Support Team has created a collection of useful tutorials to get you familiar with a particular aspect of the website quickly. Using a mix of easy to follow visuals and clear concise instructions, members of the GLOBE Community will be able to find the answers they need quickly. Listed below are the current list of tutorials. Click on the name of one and the tutorial page will open with short visual aids that will play on repeat to demonstrate how to accomplish a particular step of the tutorial. Directly below each of these visual aids is the text version of each particular step of the tutorial.
