Bug in data tools

I wanted to make statistical report for Croatian data, and I found that API tool is giving different result from ADAT.
For example, in period 1997-01-01 - 1997-12-31 for air-temp protocol ADAT is showing 3117 and API is returning 2955 rows.
The data that are missing are from Hotelijersko - turisticka i ugostiteljska skola and OS Privlaka.

I think that problem is maybe in inaccurate polygon border for Croatia, because visualization filter is also drawing wrong border.
Is it possible to fix this?

Vladimir - you are correct - the issue stems from the resolution of the country map we used with the tool.  You can see on the picture below - the grey area reflects the resolution of two maps we use - the lower resolution map (darker grey) just misses the two schools in the area shown.

We will be meeting tomorrow to discuss the different maps used.  Unfortunately, higher resolution maps slow the data retrieval, but of course lower resolution maps can result in this type of issue.

Thank you for reply.

Solution is maybe to add territorial sea inside lower resolution map, that way you can include all islands and keep resolution.
That can also prevents many problems in the future, because you can theoretically have someone on the boat between Croatian islands observing and reporting clouds, and because tools are using only land borders, this data will be "hidden".
