Error while setting up students accounts

Hello IT team, few teachers reported that they are not able to set up students accounts. There is a java error occuring. We tested that on few different devices, incl. smartphones, and we still face the same problem.

Any ideas how to cope with that?

Hi Cornell, thank you for information. Java error was fixed but now we face another problem - see attachement. Server error or sth else?
