This study investigated the water quality of an ecological pond in a park near Wanfang High School in Wenshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan. This investigation includes water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and turbidity. In addition, some water samples were also collected for analysis of microplastics. This investigation found that the water quality of the ecological pool was not very homogeneous, and traces of microplastics were also found in the water samples.
