This GLOBE workshop will certify participants as "GLOBE Teachers." It will include training in Atmospere (weather), Pedosphere(soils), Hydrosphere ( water quality), and Biosphere ( land cover) protocols which may be used to monitor and/or investigate schoolyard or other outdoor habitats. Related classroom activites and introducation to the GLOBE website will be inluded. There will be a 2 hour virtual session to be determined during the workshop to train participants how to enter data and how to create graphs and other visualizations with connections to a larger database of environmental data from GLOBE schools worldwide.
