The GLOBE Regional Learning Expedition 2022 will take place in Käsmu, Estonia, from 02-05 August. The event brings together 170 students, teachers, and researchers from Estonia and abroad to Käsmu peninsula, located in Lahemaa National Park.  >>

The GLOBE Implementation Office (GIO) would like to thank everyone who participated in the 2022 GLOBE Annual Meeting. Your continued dedicated participation in the program is the key to GLOBE’s enduring educational and scientific success. The theme of the meeting, which took place from 25-28 July, was “Communicating GLOBE in Changing Times.” The meeting had 291 participants from 58 GLOBE countries across all six regions!  >>

A recently published paper (27 June 2022) “Building International Capacity for Citizen Scientist Engagement in Mosquito Surveillance and Mitigation: The GLOBE Program’s GLOBE Observer Mosquito Habitat Mapper” highlights the ability of the Mosquito Habitat Mapper (MHM) tool to support the actions of individuals to protect their communities from mosquito-borne disease.  >>
