I have a question from one of our teachers. She has problems with adding data - calendar and clock (enabling to add data and hour of measurements) are not active. I logged into her account and both of the functions work fine in my browser.

Are there any special requirements for webbrowser that user need to fulfil to be able to upload data (any add-ons installed, scritps running?)

Regards,
Ela

We recommend users try a latest version of any of the browsers listed at browsehappy.com

We also have an app for Android and Apple products at http://www.globe.gov/globe-data/data-entry/data-entry-app

Hi again,

We have similiar problem in other Polish schools. I asked all teachers to update their browsers but even then the problem occurs - the calendar/clock is not active.

See a screenshot attached (the test was made using IE, Chrome and Mozilla - the result is the same).

Hi,

Can you tell us what browser version is being used for Chrome and Internet Explorer? And I assume, based on the screenshot, that you are displaying the forms in English, correct?

Thanks,
Cornell
