PROBLEMS IN ENTERING DATA BY ISRAELI SCHOOLS

Dear  Sir

I have  sent  12 days ago  a  message about israeli schools  difficulty to enter data in the Globe Website
Actually  all the schools can't enter the selected date and time although they measure properly nearly day by day
Please I need your support how to enter , is it a browse problem although we tried by Explorer , Chrome , Firebox
What is the issue here please
I need your assistance as a country coordinator

Hi Ela - we had a couple of ideas, I'm not sure which actually fixed it for Farid.  One possibility was forms that had accents or different characters in them might throw off the form, the other was the UTC time/calendar.  Can you describe what's happening, or send over a screenshot and we can look at it.
