Teaching with EMERGE & GLOBE Mission Mosquito Session 2

In our last session, participants learned how students can collect mosquito habitat and land cover data with the GLOBE Observer app, followed by a guided coding assignment and the exploration of connections with NASA satellite data. In this session, participants will regroup to review the coding assignment—troubleshoot issues, share sample outputs, and discuss strategies for adapting the lesson in classrooms, afterschool programs, and libraries. You can register here for the session.
