2025 Asia and Pacific Mission Mosquito Campaign Garners Great Interest

The 2025 Asia and Pacific Mission Mosquito Campaign held its kick-off webinar on 8 July. Over 50 participants joined from Thailand, Taiwan, Vietnam, and Nepal. The webinar included

• An interactive orientation on campaign goals
• A hands-on demo of the GLOBE Observer Mosquito Habitat Mapper App
• Shared success stories and past challenges to inspire engagement.

This regional citizen science initiative empowers students, educators, and citizen scientists to help combat mosquito-borne diseases by contributing real data.
