Student Science Symposium


This year, for the first time, GLOBE students participated in the 16th GLOBE Annual Partner Meeting. The first GLOBE Student Science Symposium showcased 12 student

The Student Science Symposium provides an opportunity for educational professionals in the GLOBE community to learn how students around the world are applying the knowledge and skills acquired through GLOBE to environmental issues in their own backyards. It also provides students with a choice opportunity to share their research projects with the diverse and accomplished group of teachers, partners and scientists who attend the Meeting.

The presence of students was a very welcome addition the 2012 Annual Meeting and is sure to be expanded in Partner Meetings to come. It's not too early to start thinking about next year.
