2017 Hattiesburg Summer Program for K-2nd graders - Sherry S. Herron

First week with the K-2nd graders at the Osceola McCarty Youth Development Center and the Hattiesburg Parks & Rec summer camps went great! The interns are doing an outstanding job reading GLOBE Elementary Storybooks and others about nature, sharing the stories of African American scientists, and conducting activities - all while sitting outside (ideally under the trees!).
