GLOBE Nepal Students Share GLOBE Experiences with Prince Edward, The Duke of Edinburgh, at Special Event
After registering for the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award Program in Eastern Nepal, Principal Subarna Bhattarai and two students from Amity Public School in Kakarvitta, Jhapa, Nepal, were invited to attend the afternoon award ceremony for the Gold Award.

Virtual 2025 Regional Meeting of the Asia and Pacific GLOBE Community
On 5–7 May, over 34 participants, including 12 country coordinators, assistant country coordinators, scientists, and Working Group members from 12 Asia and Pacific countries, joined the virtual 2025 Asia and Pacific Regional Meeting. Under the theme “Global Impact: Advancing Earth System Science and STEM Education,” participants engaged in 3 days of interactive sessions designed to share progress, build capacity, and co create a roadmap for the next year.

GLOBE Observer Volunteer Captures Photos Before and During Rare Dust Storm
On 16 May, a large and rare dust storm swept across Indiana and Illinois. Visibility in the hardest hit areas were near zero during the storm. A volunteer observer in Indiana captured the change in Cloud conditions!
