American Meteorological Society Opportunity for GLOBE Teachers


The American Meteorological Society (AMS) DataStreme project is a nationwide initiative that provides K-12 teachers the opportunity to take a weather, ocean, or climate science course for graduate credit.

From there, you can:

  • Learn what DataStreme is and how it works
  • Explore each course individually
  • See the Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 schedule and other important upcoming dates
  • Find/Print/Fill out a DataStreme application form
