GLOBE Partners: Call for Interested GLOBE Exhibitors at 2019 World Scout Jamboree! Submit Activity Plans by 31 October
NASA Glenn Research Center is planning to have an exhibitor tent at the 2019 World Scout Jamboree – and the NASA Office of STEM Engagement is soliciting input from GLOBE partners who may be interested in supporting the event with hands-on activities for students.

This year, the ESW Online Toolkit offers GLOBE’s “Odyssey of the Eyes,” learning activity! In this activity students are encouraged to think creatively to become familiar with spacial concepts of location, distance, direction, and scale – and are introduced to various scales of remotely sensed data.

Read the Latest GLOBE Star Story: Swiss Students Share Their GLOBE Research Projects – and Their GLOBE Story – at U.S. Embassy in Switzerland
In July 2018, a group of five Swiss students and their teacher, Andreas Schmid, from Kantonsschule Olten traveled to Killarney, Ireland, for the 2018 GLOBE Learning Expedition (GLE) to present their scientific research projects to hundreds of other international students, teachers, and scientists.
