Reports for 2021 IVSS Due 10 March! Judges Needed for 2021 IVSS – Informational Webinar on 29 March
The GLOBE Implementation Office (GIO) is looking for judges for the 2021 IVSS. The IVSS is a way for students from all over the world to showcase their hands-on scientific efforts with The GLOBE Program. Judging consists of filling out a Google form with scores and feedback on the student's project. Each project takes around 20-30 minutes to assess. Judges should be fluent in at least one of the following languages: English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Croatia  >>

Latin and Caribbean Region Seeks Nominations for Evaluation Working Group Representative – Deadline to Apply is 22 February
Become more involved with GLOBE as a member of a GLOBE Working Group! Nominations are being sought from the Latin America and Caribbean GLOBE Region for the Evaluation Working Group. The selected representative will start with the Working Group in April 2021, and will serve for a regular term ending no later than the regular scheduled term end of December 2023. The deadline to apply is 22 February. All active GLOBE community members will be considered.  >>

The featured speaker will be Dorian Janney; she will be demonstrating how to make an IVSS submission stand out using Story Maps. The GLOBE Implementation Office (GIO) has decided to change the dates for the 2021 Annual Meeting to 12-16 July 2021 in order to avoid important holidays that are occurring at the same time as our originally scheduled dates.
