The 2016 GLOBE International Virtual Science Fair instructions and timeline are now available.

This completely virtual science fair allows GLOBE students from around the world (kindergarten through 12th grade) to participate and use the data they have entered into the GLOBE database.  A pivotal aspect of this science fair is that students have the opportunity to interact and collaborate with scientists while creating their presentations.

Each entry will be hosted on the GLOBE website in the Student Research Reports section and every student submitting a project will receive a virtual Student Research Badge for their participation.  Students earning three four-star badges will become eligible for a drawing to win a stipend to help offset the cost of attending the 2016 GLOBE Annual Meeting

Deadline to submit is 11 March 2016.  Entries will be judged by members of the GLOBE International Scientists' Network.

More information about the science fair, including rules and submission details can be found here.
