GLOBE is an interagency program with a management infrastructure funded by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the National Science Foundation (NSF), supported by the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), the U.S. Department of State, and implemented through a cooperative agreement between NASA and the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR) in Boulder, Colorado.
