New Virtual Series: GLOBE Website Learning and Support Sessions


Join the GLOBE Website Learning and Support Sessions for friendly, practical support with the GLOBE.gov website. These informal Zoom sessions are designed for anyone in the GLOBE community with questions about the website, account changes, or other technical issues. Each session will include a short 10- to 15-minute tips-and-tricks spotlight, followed by time for you to ask questions, troubleshooting, and shared problem-solving. Whether you are creating an account, navigating My Observations+, or trying to find the right training or website resource, we hope you will join us. 

Where: Virtual 

When: Last Wednesday of each month, unless otherwise noted. Meeting times will rotate across time zones to accommodate GLOBE participants around the world to join. Our first session will be held 30 September, 10 am ET (14:00 UTC). 

What: This virtual series, hosted by the GLOBE Implementation Office (GIO) help desk, will focus on GLOBE website tools, features, and content. Zoom captions will be available, and when possible, we will share additional accessibility or language support details based on registrants’ needs. The sessions will be recorded and made available to registrants. As needed, the GIO will communicate technical questions and areas of need to the GLOBE Data and Information Systems (DIS) team.
