The Partner Map only shows 7 Partners in the US: http://www.globe.gov/web/guest/community/map?filter=4

The Partner locations showing on the map is simply a matter of ensuring that the partner organizations have the Lat/Long information entered in "Center your Organization" on the organization "GLOBE Info" section.

Additionally, the correct Partner Organization Address needs to be input/updated in the Organization Information areas as well.

I'll start running through them, but if you want to add or move your own or modify it, that is how it is done

Found a bug - the "center your map on this lat/long" is a feature that allows a country to have their mapped centered on the country's geographical center, while showing their offices in another location. The system should default to the organization lat/long if nothing is entered in "center your map". This is being fixed, so you won't have to enter the same lat/long twice.

Make sure that the Partner address information is updated and correct. This should allow any partner to appear on the Map.
