This project was created to see the difference in non-moving and moving water and the difference between the water quality. It was also to show the different water the enters are marine ecosystem. The procedures to get the best results were to take the dissolved oxygen first then turbidity, and ph. The data collected was similar but, we found out the cana’s had dissolved oxygen count and pond had better ph and turbidity. And even with a conclusion we are still collecting data.

Monitoring our waterways is one of the most important things we can do as citizen scientists! It was great to see this type of science being done by middle schoolers. It was a pleasure to read about the research and hopefully these budding scientists can help others learn as well. Great job!

Your project is very good!.
For me it was a pleasure to read it.
It is very important to learn to monitor water quality from your age. Water always we have to take care of it, it is important for the ecosystem and also for us.

Did you think how to continue studying water quality in this place? Did you think of any other hypothesis to investigate in a future work?
