GLOBE Jordan Hosts Technology Workshop to Increase GLOBE.gov Literacy
On 25–26 April 2025, GLOBE Jordan hosted attendees from Jordan,
Kuwait, and Oman, for a technology training about GLOBE website literacy.
The first day targeted general use of the GLOBE.gov. Attendees toured each section of the website and learned about My Pages, blogs, and how to create and manage student accounts. They also were introduced to the Find a Collaborator tool and the Student Research report tool.
The second day was set aside for country collaborators, to make sure they were comfortable using the website and helping their country’s GLOBE participants do the same. They also spent time reviewing the Partner Dashboard, Trainer Dashboard, Workshop Admin tool, and School Status report.
All attendees were able to spend time practicing what they were learning, ask questions, and join in discussion.
