Yes, I am trying to follow the instructions, but when I click Actions (the three vertical dots) I can see only RSS there is no SUBSCRIBE or PERMISSIONS.  While I am doing this I am logged in. Also, I can't find my school organization JOUDG "Pavlina Veljanova" from R. North Macedonia, maybe I need to wait for some kind of confirmation for the registration? Should I contact the national Ministry of the environment?

Your account has been approved already you just need to do some GLOBE Training like eTraining. Here are the requirements for eTraining https://www.globe.gov/get-trained/protocol-etraining/protocol-requirements
