Survey Administration

Pre- and Post-Workshop Survey Administration

GLOBE is working with an outside evaluator, NORC at the University of Chicago, to conduct an evaluation of the GLOBE Zika Education and Prevention project.

Which countries are required to administer the surveys?

Select countries will administer Pre- and Post-Workshop Surveys. While we'd love to have all countries administer surveys, we have selected ten countries to administer surveys at both the Country Mosquito Trainings (CMTs) and the Local Mosquito Workshops (LMWs) levels. The select countries are in the three regions of the project:

  • Africa (Benin, Togo)
  • Asia & Pacific (Marshall Islands, Micronesia, Palau, Philippines and Thailand)
  • LAC (Argentina, Guatemala, Paraguay)

The surveys are currently in English, French, Spanish, and Thai.

What are the steps to carry out the surveys?

Resources for conducting the survey

NORC has created PowerPoint slides that describe the Pre- and Post-Workshop Survey process, including survey and technology considerations. Click here to access the presentations in English, French, and Spanish.
