GLOBE Learning Expedition Begins in New Delhi

The 5th GLOBE Learning Expedition (GLE) begins today in New Delhi. More than 300 participants from 30 countries are in attendance.

GLEs are organized every few years in order to provide students from around the world the opportunity to present their research projects to their peers, to GLOBE scientists, and the greater GLOBE community.  The goal: to provide a forum where students can learn from each other and strengthen their understanding of Earth science through data collection and research activities around the world.

This year's event is hosted by GLOBE Partners at the Indian Environmental Society in New Delhi.

Keep informed about GLE proceedings throughout the week on Facebook and on the GLE Community Page.
