- Denmark – 25 years (29 May 1997)
- Guinea – 24 years (14 May 1998)
- Iceland – 25 years (30 May 1997)
- Mongolia – 25 years (06 May 1997)
- Spain – 24 years (05 May 1998)
- Turkey – 27 years (05 May 1995)
- Ukraine – 23 years (27 May 1999)
- United Kingdom – 26 years (01 May 1996)
