Want to know how a GLOBE five-day intensive U.S. partner “bootcamp” training can foster STEM learning? Then read a blog from someone who was there – Liz Soper!

In 2016, GLOBE held two “Train-the-Trainer” intensives in the United States (one in Charlotte, North Carolina in April; one in Sante Fe, New Mexico in May). The goal of these intensives – funded by a grant from the National Science Foundation – was to focus on implementing GLOBE within highly diverse communities or within schools and informal learning programs that serve traditionally under-served and underrepresented populations in the STEM disciplines, including women, minorities, and persons with disabilities.
