Students Monitor Clouds Using GLOBE Observer

Using The GLOBE Program's app, GLOBE Observer, students at the Al-Thabiti School (Oman) study and collect cloud data. Students monitored the skies using the app, developing some skills related to science such as observation and data recording.

This activity was done in cooperation with parents at home to spread the culture of environmental concern. At school, the students are taught to record their cloud data every day, both at school and at home.
