U.S./Canada K-12 Teachers: Deadline for Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision Science Competition is 31 January 2022

The Toshiba/NSTA ExploraVision science competition encourages K–12 students to imagine what technology might be like in the future while learning the scientific process in an engaging, hands-on way. The deadline for submissions 31 January 2022, 11:59 ET.08 February 2021.

ExploraVision is a science competition for K–12 students of all interest, skill, and ability levels. The competition encourages students to combine their imaginations with the tools of science to create and explore a vision of a future technology. ExploraVision challenges students to envision and communicate new technology 20 years in the future through collaborative brainstorming and research of current science and technology. Beyond engaging your students in problem solving, team-based learning, critical thinking, and communication skills, ExploraVision aligns with the Next Generation Science Standards.

Entrants must be full-time K-12 students; must be currently enrolled in (and attending) a public, private, or home school in the United States or Canada; must not be older than 21; and must submit only one project per year.
