This research seeks to strengthen the collaborative work between Argentina, Peru and Uruguay to analyze and understand the effects of the El Niño and La Niña events, and human activities on land covering different biomes of meadows and forests of Peru, Argentina and Uruguay. The methodology is based on current satellite image analysis in the years in which "El Niño" or "La Niña" had a strong impact on the countries involved, and the use of land cover GLOBE protocols.
