We used this as a project since we saw that our school pond was having a lot of algae in it so we decided to get a pump that will allow water flow so it could decrease the growth of algae.The algae increase a lot while away from school.The plants kept growing and the algae increase. In the school pond there was no flow of water,rocks or any other sort of flowing material.

This is a very nice project. I like that you looked at the pond at your school. What other GLOBE protocols could you do to investigate what causes algae in your pond?
