We compared the observation of fig tree green down between Virje and Omiš. We were interested in when green down will start and for how long it will last. The presumption was that in Virje green down will start earlier and the leaves will fall off earlier than in Omiš. We also followed the atmospheric measurements of air temperature, rainfall and relative humidity to prove that green down depends on the type of climate in which the fig tree is found.
