Educators: Last Day (15 November) to Experience the STEM Teacher Leadership Showcase to View Videos Illustrating Impact of STEM

The STEM Teacher Leadership Network, a U.S.-based organization working to improve schools, effect policy, and re-envision the future of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) teaching and learning is inviting everyone to experience the STEM Teacher Leadership Video Showcase. The showcase, which runs through 15 November, offers short videos created by teacher leaders, coaches, professional developers and administrators.

These videos illustrate the impact of STEM Teacher Leaders in advancing: Policy; Professional Development or Mentorship; Student Engagement; Pedagogy or Curricular Innovation; School Culture; and Equity and Inclusion.

Throughout the free nine-day virtual event:  

  • browse three-minute videos highlighting the impact of STEM Teacher Leaders;
  • join in discussions, lend your perspective and network with presenters; and
  • vote for your favorites through Facebook, Twitter and on the site.

This is a great opportunity for you to network, find new methods of practice, resources, potential collaborators or mentors, and to share your expertise!
