Greetings from Ukraine!
My students are observing oak tree.  Below is a graph showing leaf growth of our oak tree.
In May, it was very warm and many rains. The length of a sheet of oak:
№1 – 140 mm
№2 – 140 mm
№3 – 140 mm
№4 – 136 mm
