The Birches from ZŠ Mánesova Otrokovice, The Czech Republic
Hello, I am  Mark Neulinger and Karolína Nováková, the GLOBE students. Our teacher is Pavel Broža. Our birches grow in a group of other birches. We take a photo by iPhone 6, 6S, so photos have poor quality than is usual today. But we are impressed by working in this phenology study. Today are buds still in dormant. Avvarage temperature here is 9°C.

My pupils already observe how buds of these two birches grow from start photographing them by GrowApp.

Helo this photos here are from monday 18. 3. 2019 and our buds are swelling. First Photo is of my birch and the second is Carol's birch. Buds are starting green form bottom. We are also fotographing all trees.
